Pork Chops & Potatoes

I got this link from a good friend's recipe blog. We had it for dinner tonight and Nate (who has NEVER liked ANY kind of pork chops I've EVER made (yes, all those capitals are absolutely necessary)) actually had seconds!! That's one major success! You can get the recipe here. Happy cooking!

    I could never ever keep pork chops from going too tough, so I gave up on them- but I'll have to try this with my crockpot. Thanks MJ, that's a cool site!

    I made these for dinner tonight and they were AWESOME! Hubby loved them and you know its a hit when the picky 7 year old wants to take leftovers to school! Thanks for the great recipe.


    p.s. Ranch seasoning is my secret ingredient in so many things. I buy the HUGE bottle at Sam's Club.

    I made these and they were great! You don't even have to put them on potatoes. I think they'd be good on rice or noodles, too!
