2 lbs. beef tips
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
½ c water
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Mix all ingredients in casserole dish. Cover and bake for 3 hours at 300 degrees. Serve over rice. (May also be cooked in the crock pot on low for 8-12 hours)
This is my absolute favorite Sunday dinner. I get so excited when I get to put this on the calendar and plan on making it. The leftover gravy/meat also makes delicious meat pies.

Maggie, I am always looking for something I can put in my crock pot during church. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteWhere do you find beef tips? I tried to find them at the grocery store and when I asked the butcher he didn't know what I was talking about.
ReplyDeleteBeef tips are just either stew meat or shish-kabob meat. It is just chunked beef. I've cut up leftover roast and done this recipe, too.
ReplyDeleteWow! Wow! It was so easy and super tasty. A keeper for sure. Thanks for sharing it!
ReplyDeleteThis is so easy and totally awesome. Low and slow made the beef tips melt in mouth and the gravy was great. I did add 1 teaspoon of Kitchen Bouquet for color and a little more beef taste. I will do this with pork chops next and serve with mashed potatoes.
