My mom always just makes her regular bread recipe, rolls it out, and then spreads a mixture of melted butter, cinnamon and a little sugar. Sprinkle raisins on top. Then roll the dough back up and put it into loaf pan. It always turns out really good. If you need some extra sweetness, drizzle some powdered sugar frosting over the top......
My sister made the lion house roll dough into raisin bread, but I've never tried it. It was really good.
